How long is the current wait for a new domain name? Anyone know? a day? a week? a year?

They ended up going with MAHouseRabbit.org - rather than BostonBunny.org

When I registered djweb.com it was done in about 2-3 days. Then I waited another couple days before telling Deb and Andrew I needed it mapped across djweb.net. All total it was up and usable in less than a week.

I signed up with FQ on a Sunday afternoon, spoke with Terra on the phone Sunday Evening, was uploading that night, and Monday morning VDJ.Net was active (first week of January). I guess I was lucky - 12 hours!

ah well at least internic isnt being molasses slow like it was a while back - just got the thingy that says it wi;ll go in with the next round of updates - so hopefully inthe next 24 hrs it will show up there (it's not there now)

and yeh me and Suz were really pullg for Boston Bunny - but it lost on a board vote 2 to 3 oh well - at least this org has a board to vote on stuff hehe (but thats another story)

the current rabbitrescue.org is in some state of kinda switched over and kinda not - if anyone wants to see kinda what things will look like when I can get my butt in a higher gear.
