Community Forums, can either be a blessing or a curse - within them you can find all of our weaknesses... Whenever I have to make another 'Downtime' post, I just have to glance down and count all the other ones... Sometimes it's difficult to find the words stating 'we crashed again'... Many times, it just plain hurts...

What's ironic are the people who undoubtedly cruise through this forum, looking for a web hosting company, and think "Oh-they are talking about the server going down! Don't want to go here!" When in reality, the very forum they are reading ITSELF is one of the BIGGEST perks of being here! Even more amazing is the fact that it's open to non-customers. Keep up the good work!

I will do my best to keep that peculiar marketing technique to a bare minimum...

I'm sure this was talked to death before the UBB was ever put online, but what about making a new forum called "Interested in FQ?", open to all posters...

and make the existing forums writable only by FQ customers?

Another very recent thread made me wonder about this...
