Timed Mailings

Is there any way to set up my announcement mail-list so that so that posting can go out at timed periods. What that means is, can I set things up so that the list works even if I am away from the computer for a week or more - say this week's newsletter sent on Sunday, next week's (already setup someplace) goes out automaticly next Sunday - while I am off on vacation or what ever?
