[FQuest Alert] NINE Drive Replacement

A few moments ago, the #1 hard drive on NINE failed and has been kicked out of the array...

We will be pulling down the server briefly to perform the physical drive swap... Total downtime should be less than 2 minutes...

The drive failure on NINE has caused a very undesired side effect... It would appear now that the 'init' process can not properly clean up processes that are in a 'Zombie' state...

To minimize any adverse effects, I am taking the sever offline until Kevin arrives at the DC in the next few minutes...

Our apologies for this condition, we will try to have it rectified shortly...
