Resellers?

Ummm, I don't mean to be picky... it looks like you are now offering reseller discounts with a Basic package, but when you click on the reseller discounts link in the Basic package it takes you to the page that says you must "Maintain at least one "Annual Silver Package" or better at the published price" Is this something that just needs to be updated? :\

I am not sure I follow completely "it looks like you are now offering reseller discounts with a Basic package".

A basic package has always received a Resellers discount for Resellers however it does not, nor has it ever qualified anyone to be eligible for a Resellers status.

You do need to have and maintain a Silver Annual package or higher to qualify for Resellers status.

The confusion might have to do with the relatively new Starter package not receiving a Reseller discount, making the previously entry level Basic package carry a somewhat different distinction than it used to in the overall pecking order. Not that it ever did not receive the discount, of course. %)

I agree Dan -- Wait to you see what other confusions were about to pop up with :eek:

To receive Reseller Discounts one must first have a Reseller's ID#

To receive a Reseller's ID# one must have an Annual Silver Package or better.

Once one has a Reseller ID# they may then receive discounts on any newly ordered Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, IRM, IRO, ER, or Parked Package :)
