Just thought of something that might be useful and *probably* not too hard to implement. How about a feature on resold accounts that sends an email to the primary address on the account when the resold package password is changed? I'm assuming there's some sort of a 'resold' flag within the CNC, but if not, it could probably check if the default email differs from the overall account email. If they're different, then it's resold.
If the above can be done, it would allow resellers to always have record of the passwords for the packages they manage. I just ran into that yesterday and had to ask the client what he had changed the password to...
An alternative would be a "master key" login to all accounts under a reseller's umbrella. That would ensure access without filling up peoples' inboxes with updated password messages, but it might pose too much of a security risk if a large reseller has a master login compromised.
I don't recall either of those ideas being mentioned before, but if they have, my apologies.
