I am in need of someone who can turn around a form (already roughly designed) that will dump into a MySQL table and email a notification.
The code must be maintainable and well commented/documented. The project is well defined and is relatively small since I don't need a site designed. However, I am preparing to kick off a large project that will be a large web application, preferably using PHP and MySQL so it can be hosted here at FQ. This may serve as a chance to build a relationship with a good developer. So, I would like to work with someone who knows FQ very well.
