account problems

i just tried to access my site www.visualcave.com and it gives me an error message. The password to my ftp account doesnt seem to work, and i cant access my email. Did my account expire or something?

The primary email address for this account is an @hotmail.com address and if you have access to that account you may wish to check it.

In any case please send an email, from any valid email address you have access to, preferably from the primary contact email address, to Service@FutureQuest.net for further assistance.

turns out i had to really search around for the password to my @hotmail.com account and it had been a long time since i had checked it all the mail had been deleted and i had to get the account reactivited.. i just sent an email to the futurequest service address.
