[FQuest Alert] Apache/PHP Secure_Mode update

Between now and 5am, all servers that are running Secure_Mode™ will have their Apache daemons briefly taken offline to shift in a maintenance release...

This maintenance release is aimed at preventing false 403 random errors from occurring due to a misstep by the Secure_Mode™ subsystem... This condition was reported to us earlier today and we've been ripping through the code trying to pin down a resolution...

Thank you for your patience as we continue to shakedown the Secure_Mode™ subsystem on her maiden voyage and squash any quirks as quickly as possible...

I just found out that a 403 error is a forbidden error. I think that's what I really got when I told TVB "15 minutes before you posted that, I tried saving something that I spent about an hour working on in CNC, and I got an access denied message and it wasn't saved" in http://www.aota.net/forums/showthread.php?postid=89073#post89073 . Maybe reporting it to the service desk would have given you more warning, but I assumed it was just a freak occurance.

I'll punish myself by adding a bug to my script.

I am extending the window to 8am, as a couple minor issues cropped up on the test domains that needs to be addressed...

A temporary fix is in place, that will help to reduce/eliminate the rogue 403s... There is still a corner case being investigated within PHP that is defying all logic and will require recharged Zen batteries to unravel the mystery... Once we can pin down the 'why' of the matter, a permanent fix can be formulated that covers all known issues...
