[FQuest Alert] QBERT Emergency Repair

QBERT is being taken offline to run a disk check on the primary mount... There was a bad dcache entry hit that caused a non-fatal kernel oops...

Hopefully I can get this fixed quickly and minimize any downtime...

-- reset the errant dcache entries via reboot and cursory check --
online: 7:00pm
-- update initialization programs and e2fsck --
offline: 7:26pm
-- perform the disk checking/validation --
online: 7:49pm

No errors were found during the disk scan... :)
