The NEO server will be taken offline for maintenance repairs... The work entails updating the BIOS and installing a new SCSI backplane...
During this time, the following subsystems will be offline:
1) CNC will be placed in maintenance mode
2) VAS FTP Logins
3) ns1.FutureQuest.net
**ns2 and ns3.FutureQuest.net DNS servers will remain online
4) http://www.FutureQuest.net (web site)
5) http://www.AOTA.net (Community Support Forums)
6) New Account/VAS setups and changes
7) STATS processing will be delayed
We will proceed with the upgrade as quickly as possible to minimize the overall impact...
