Within the next 2 hours, I will be pulling down our Internap link in order to perform repairs on the NOVA router... The gigabit interface, that interconnects to IKONOS, has failed and needs to be swapped out with a temporary replacement...

You may experience a brief moment of routing instability until the BGP-4 advertised routes deconverge and fall over to the Qwest link...

Our apologies for any brief interruption that this might cause...

Hi Betsy,

Not to worry, no email will be lost as a result of the router work. If any email should happen to hit a "bump" on our side, it will simply be placed in the queue for later delivery.
