Hi Joe and happy New Year :QTparty:

As Deb noted in the Announcement:
Reseller Note: The Starter Package does not qualify for the Reseller's Advantage, as its costs are already as low as we could realistically make them while maintaining server integrity. We will however add 1 point for each Annual Starter Package you order.
Pretty much covers it I think ;)

Hello,

So if I am on Basic or above I can still do the Reseller for the Starters Package?

Thanks

Hi again Joe,

You must maintain a Silver or Higher Annual Package to obtain Resellers Status. There are No Resellers discounts for the Starter packages however.

All the Details regarding the Resellers Advantage are located here:

Hope this helps further,
Bob

Hello again,

Don't you mean Basic or Higher Annual Package to obtain Resellers Status?

Thanks

From the resellers page linked to above:

1. Qualify - Maintain at least one "Annual Silver Package" or better at the published price.

Bob was correct in his statement ;)

Hi:
I was also confused about the Basic Package qualifying you for the
resellers discount because of the "Bullet" under the Basic Package options which
list the reseller discounts as a feature. If you were to only
read the bullet-options (see url), it would be very easy to think
that you qualify for the reseller discount - because it is listed as part of the Basic
Package.

I think the bullet beside the Basic account means that as a Reseller, the basic would gain you poiints towards a discount.

Jamie is correct. The bullet means it qualifies for a reseller's discount if you are reseller. Clicking the link reveals all of the requirements and features of the Reseller's Advantage. If you have a Reseller's ID# the packages on the Packages Page that have that link qualify for discounts, while the ones that do not (the Starter Package) do not qualify for the discount. To obtain the ID#, as explained on the Reseller's Page simply requires an Annual Silver Package or better at the listed price.
