I have someone who is trying to email one of my FQ hosted clients. They are sending an email with no attachments. They are getting a bounce message of something like this:

this message is undelivereable because of a comunications error.

What could be going on?

Hi,

That does not sound like any error that would be generated by the FutureQuest network. It would most likely be within their ISP or possibly even their local machine or network.
