(oops should be in another forum)
Anyone suggest where to have a single (free) membership subscription/password on our website that will offer multiple services?
Scenerio....
We will soon be moving our membership (now at 200 & growing) from yahoogroups to our website here at FutureQuest.

- We are installing vBulletin and PhotoPost Galleries (with subscription integration -only one registration/password needed)

- we would like to have a members only access to select information through our website.(which could possibly be accessed only through the vBforums?)

- We are considering using the EZmlm (announce only) to publish a monthly magazine review for members only.
**We would like to have one sign-up for all of the above.
(This would also apply to unsubscription)

Any advice against using the VB registration as the main sign-up? (we would still need to hand insert addresses into the EZmlm for the monthly.

Recommend another program to use?
Will appreciate any suggestions, because once a decision is made, we should stick with it...and, to reduce the workload, we would like to keep it as automated as possible.

Well, here is a discussion on the same topic. It raises some issues that you may want to consider:

Thanks, Sheila, and Evoir for the helpful insights to, and comments in the above mentioned thread.
I agree that requiring to register for membership through the vB forums might be too much for some if all they wanted was to receive the monthly review (through the ezMLM mailing list).
Seems best to offer the additional option to subscribe to the monthly review only, and to try and present these options as clearly as possible.
In our situation, we would want members who subscribed through the forums to also receive the monthly review).
The complexities arise more so in the day to day management of 2 membership lists...for example, keeping track of when a subscriber to the monthly then decides to join the forums, or when a member wishes to unsubscribe from the forums, but remain subscribed to the magazine.
Fortunately we are still a small group, and would be able to keep tabs of changes on a person to person basis...but I can see that juggling emails back and forth could eventually be overly time-consuming.
