I know that it is possible to block access to certain ip's using .htaccess, but this doesn't seem to work when trying to block a service such as Webclipping.com.
They appear to provide an online news clipping service and have included my site in their search. Unfortunately, their searches use up an incredible amount of my bandwidth. So much, in fact, that I can't afford to have the site up if they continue to use up so much bandwidth.
I have told them to remove the site from their search. But until they do comply (if they comply), is there any way to keep them from using up my bandwidth?

Haven't checked this in a while, but cyveillance.com was a much bigger pain (you'll note only one entry for webclipping.com)
If you're aware of webclipping.com using more IPs, I'd be very interested in knowing.
Part of the .htaccess I use to not get all my servers bandwidth stolen...
