email problems?

Having a problem getting emails on my FQ account. I'm getting unable to connect/server time-outs. Sorry, I have no clue what server we are on (Hugo maybe?) Is there something going on?

Hello,

Hugo was experiencing some very high loads within the past few minutes. It appeared to us that the web sites were reachable the whole time, but this may explain the email problems you were experiencing.

The loads are back within normal operational parameters at this time, and all services should be working normally. Please let us know if you continue to experience any problems.

Betsy To check what server your site is on, go to your CNC and click on Server Info. This will give you all the details you need to know about your server.
