Is anyone else using PGP as their contact authorization scheme? Had any problems? I submitted a key to their "server" but have not received an acknowledgment.

Do NOT use PGP guardian method with Internic... Trust me on this one!
I tried it awhile back, when I was working on Deb with webmastering... I had converted over 18 domains to PGP guardian method... Converting them to PGP - was fine, making changes though ***never*** worked...
Well - to make a long story short, it took over 5 months (calls to Internic, resubmit keys, resubmit templates, etc... etc... etc...) ONLY to be told by Internic, the first 4 months that I was an Idiot and didn't know how to use PGP properly (Grrrrrrr) - then in the fifth month, they couldn't contain the secret any longer (too many people were having nightmares over this) and finally told me, what I had been telling *them* all along - PGP guardian is b0rked...
In the 6th month - they finally had their engineering department manually go through and switch them from PGP to CRYPT-PW type...
Crypt-PW has worked *flawlessly* for me _everytime_... I highly recommend this method, over the Mail-TO and PGP methods...
In conclusion: Stay very far away from PGP, as it is *still* broken... (psst: they buried the problems +again+)...
Go with the Crypt-PW method instead (proven time and time again by myself)...
