"GET /" every 10 minutes from MSProxy

In my log files, there appears to be "normal" activity from an IP address, followed by a "GET /" every 10 minutes (approx.) from agent "MSProxy/2.0" at the same IP address.

Any ideas about what's causing this? Thanks!

Follow up:
After 3 days of this, I was getting ready to block the IP address via .htaccess when it suddenly stopped. (There never was any more "real" activity after the first day, only a "GET /" every 8-10 minutes from "MSProxy/2.0" at the same IP address.)

"MSProxy/2.0" agent is listed here (http://www.clearwaterbeachcam.com/d--skinner/spiders.html) as "Proxy Server".
