Extra FTP account, can't access.

No luck with trial and error...
I want to set up an extra FTP access for an assistant. For example, I want "Fred" to have FTP access to the "www.myDomain/fredfolder".

How do I/we access with WS-FTP Pro?

What goes here...

Site Name: ?

Hostname/Address: ?

UserID: fred

Hello Carlton,

All Extra FTP accounts must use VMIP, so your settings would be:

Site Name: yourdomain.com

Hostname/Address: ftp.yourdomain.com

UserID: xyourdomain-fred

And of course the password you set for this Extra FTP account.

Make sure that the remote directory information is either left blank or specifies /big/dom/xdomain/www/fredfolder
