managing wesbsites

I am sorry, I know this has been mentioned before, but I can't seem to find it.

I have a small Intranet at work I am running and I need to be able to do quick fast updates to it. I would like it to be template driven for a constient look and feel. Can anyone recomment a good program. I have FrontPage but even that seem like it would be overkill for this project.

I think NetObjects Fusion would fit the bill. NetObjects went out of business a while ago, but Fusion was bought by Website Pros, who are bringing out a new version in early June. Currently the latest version is Fusion MX.
