Global Filter and Aliases

If I use a global filter, will it apply to email aliases? That is to say, will FQ bounce or kill the message or pass it to the "real" email address of the recipient?

A global filter will affect every single piece of email delivered to your domain, regardless of whether it is an alias, a full POP account, or even an address that is not specifically listed on your address list.
