I have several IRM's under my main account. For each of these sites, I would like a catch-all email address.

How do I go about doing this?

Thanks,

Jon

Can't do it. The domains share email. Filtering won't work either because of the loose standards of email addressing. You could probably get all but BCC (mostly mailing list) mail, but you would have to deal with looping and all kinds of complications.

That's a shame. Ok, I suppose the next best thing is to specify an email address for each IRM.

If I have jon@myIRMsite1.com and jon@myIRMsite2.com, can I have these as though they were sent from each email account? Or will I just receive them from jon@mymainFQaccount.com?

Do I need to setup my own POP account for each IRM?

Thanks,

Jon

Yes
Or will I just receive them from jon@mymainFQaccount.com?
And Yes again.

You can send email from jon@maindomain.com or jon@irm.com or jon@irm2.com by changing the settings in your email program (In outlook just setup multiple mail accounts, in others setup multiple identities, etc. The sent from address just has to match one of your domains or IRM's). But incoming mail to either jon@maindomain.com or jon@irm.com or jon@irm2.com will end up in the same POP mailbox - mailbox 'jon' under your account. So you'll need to either have all the jon@ mail share the one pop box (you can use Outlook to separate it into folders locally based on the domain name it was sent to) or use unique names before the @domain.com to have it flow into unique pop boxes.

The domains are equivilent in terms of email. You can't set up two POP boxes for "jon". See:
http://www.futurequest.net/Services/IR/
You will notice there is one way out -- besides ordering a new account! -- you can have separate MX records for each domain. Then you find another service (pay or free) that will handle the email. Would be simpler to set up a new account at FQ.

I don't know why I am answering this! <edit>Since I can't speak for FQ policy. I don't mind answering!</edit>
