E-mail receiving problem

Sorry to clog the board with an individual problem but I sent a note to support about not receiving any e-mails from pop.marbledog.com and I didn't get the auto-response back so I'm still not receiving mails. The server is NINE. It looks like messages are being sent OK but I can't tell for sure. Did you (support desk) get a message from me about 20 minutes ago about this? If not, then mail.marbledog.com is not working. Anyway, help please and thank you!

Well it figures that just after I posted this, the test messages I sent an hour ago just came through. Sorry.

Hello Laurie,

As of this time we have not received the Incident sent to the Service Desk, however there was a backlog of email involving the NINE server that Bruce has just cleared.

Everything should be back to normal at this time, and we do thank you for the Heads-Up.

Edit- And as I Posted this of course the Incident came through, seems it works both ways Laurie :)
