one time vacation reply--spam resistant also

I'd like to set up an autoresponder that sends an "Im on vacation" message just once to everyone who sends mail to me.[nbsp][nbsp]It looks like your current autoresponder sends a reply for each message.[nbsp][nbsp]Is there a way to do it for the first message I get from an email address but then not send any further emails to that address?

Also, this will reply to spam, and I don't want them to be able to use my reply to confirm my email address.[nbsp][nbsp]Is there a way to do that?
