Best Mass E-mail program/service?

What's the best E-mail Mailing List software or service?

I need something cheap (around $150), but with some advanced features.

For instance, I need to have an auto unsubscribe, and a way for subscribers to reply with a certain address or subject and automaticaly receive a specific reply.

I've checked out the free version of "Group Mail," but I'm reluctant to buy the upgrade unless I'm sure it's what I need.
