We "took control" of a domain for a client and transferred it to FQ. The transfer was seen to be in effect yesterday, as I could go to our new temporary page.[nbsp][nbsp]The clients now cannot receive their e-mails with the proper FQ settings. They get an error message about "cannot locate server".[nbsp][nbsp]Could this be caused by their ISP not refreshing their domain (MX?) records on a timely basis?[nbsp][nbsp]I know the mail system is working at FQ as intended because a co-worker of mine in another city was able to plug the settings into their client and retreive the messages just fine. The domain in question is stonehouseva.com.

Could this be caused by their ISP not refreshing their domain (MX?) records on a timely basis? Correct...

This condition is called DNS Propagation...

Perhaps by calling the ISP, they can dump the stale information and refresh with proper settings...[nbsp][nbsp]If not, you are at the ISP's mercy...
