I've found a couple of earlier posts of this, but the latest was almost a year old, so I'd just like to check: is it impossible to get rid of the "Unverified" status of X-sender when sending mail from an FQ-hosted domain? I've tried different settings, but on one of my two POP accounts, the "Unverified" note won't go away whatever I do. And the really weird thing is that I have no such problem with the shell account, despite having identical settings...

OK, I know this is not the end of the world, but it bugs me that it looks like my mail have questionable origins, so to speak...:-) Any suggestions would be much appreciated. --- If it matters, my system is Mac OS 9.1 and I'm doing my email on Eudora 5.0.

X-??????? is almost always added on by the email client or a remote MTA for informational purposes...[nbsp][nbsp]Think of them as comments per se...

I don't know why that header is there, but I can say that our QMail MTA does not add it...
