Getting A New Domain

I currently have a SUSOGI.net account, but am considering getting my own domain.[nbsp][nbsp]Once I sign up for one of FQ's plans, how long does it usually take before I can begin using my domain?

If memory serves it will take a few days before you can tell people to head to www.yourdomain.com (http://www.yourdomain.com).[nbsp][nbsp]This process can sometimes stall, so you may need to prod some people.[nbsp][nbsp]However, you will be able to start building your site on FQ from day one.

Not too long in my experience-maybe several days to a week. There are a lot of variables.[nbsp][nbsp]Of course, it's like watching the proverbial kettle on the stove..

Just to clarify... FQ sets things up pretty quick.. the delays they mention that could come up are on Internic's (Network Solutions) end.[nbsp][nbsp]Sometimes they stall or mess things up.
