DNS Propagation

How long does this process take?[nbsp][nbsp]I'm waiting for confirmation from InterNIC and wondered what the average time frame is.

FutureQuest got a new domain name for me the other day... and it propagated in 1 day...

Then we made a change to it... and it repropagated in 1 day.

As a matter of fact I cannot recall anything that Fquest has done for me ever taking more than 1 day, including domain registrations.
