IE fonts have changed on me

I have the latest Internet Explorer, and all of the sudden, my fonts have dropped 1 size smaller on all websites![nbsp][nbsp]I've tried everything I can think of to reset these back to normal. But nothing works.

Microsoft's website is almost useless. Anyone have any ideas short of formating c: ?

View --> Text Size --> Medium (this is the default)

You can change the text size easily - there are a few short cut keys, including holding CTRL and scrolling the mouse wheel - it's quite possible you changed it by accident (or you weren't running it at default size before?)
