Setting Up IP Address Recognition

Hello all:

I have an FQ-hosted site at http://www.CultureBriefings.com where I publish a series of “Culture Briefings” available to subscribers. I have the folder containing the actual Culture Brieifngs password protected.

My problem is that most libraries interested in subscribing want access to the Culture Briefings not by user name/password but by IP address recognition. Setting up IP address recognition, though, is way beyond my limited computer capabilities.
