Linking to a Graphic

[DJ's Place]

I Run A webring on Geocities. I have it in my fragment code thatgraphic is linked back to my main site. I was told i can't do this and geocities might delete my site, because it is stealing bandwith. I looked at the rules on Geocities and found nothing that said i cant link it back to my graphic.
I would like to keep all the fragments members place on their hompages linked back, but don't want my site deleted.

Can you please help me out with this??
