The PSP beta is available for free download (time limited). At first glance, it really looks great. They've finally added editable text and vector drawing.

Seems like just yesterday when I was beta testing 5.0...

Does anyone know if this can cohabit with PSP 5, or would it upgrade/overwrite it?

By default PSB Beta 6 installs into its own folder. I can run either 5 and 6. You will need to convert your tubes, using a provided, separate program, but the process copies your tubes to the beta 6 folder - your old 5 tubes are left intact. I've haven't had a problem with cohabitation. I also don't see why I'd want to go back to PSP 5, unless, somehow, the Beta series terminates before the official release in September. JASC had a well-coordinated beta for PSP 5 and I would imagine it'll be the same with 6. If I remember correctly, however, PSP 5 beta required downloading new versions quite often. I have cable, so I don't mind too much, but their servers are often crowded and slow.
The browse files don't seem to be compatible. If you browse in 6, when you go back to 5, they'll rebuild. Also, PSP files saved in 6 format aren't compatible with 5, due to the extra vector info saved. 5 and 6 can share plugin folders.
