Uhhh, I here's a pickle for ya:
I scanned two fairly large paper sized documents to be two images. One in spanish, one in english. Only problem? I scanned both at 100DPI, but one of the images is 140Kb (d spanish one) and the other is around 1400Kb!!! Both have the same peremeters and DPI settings, and if I lower the DPI in the large one it gets distorted. So what do you guys think the difference is between the two?!?

Thanks y'all,

English is harder scan, and therefore takes up more space. not really but are you sure it is in fact 1400kb. or does it just read out that way? If that's not it then I'm stumped too. I'd save them both then check the properties to make sure hth a little

Woo hooo! I got it!!! Yes, I can stop pulling out my hair!!!

I looked at all the peremeters and everything, both were exactly the same. And it wasn't that their was more English text or anything because it was the same exact thing (just in English). But some how I took formenglish.gif in Photoshop and redid it by going to File>Export>Gif89aExport again and it miraculously went from 1.4 megabytes to 144kilobytes! :D ;) :) Ü

Thanks for getting me to look it over again, Elliot...
