Is posting here the quickest way to grab your attention ? I sent you a mail yesterday and one earlier this AM (disregard the one about server down. I had an irate golfer bombarding my ICQ & I needed someone to shout at http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif )Reason I ask is I'm away this weekend and I said I'd mail a reply regarding the 'further customer' query before I switch this **** thing off http://www.aota.net/ubb/smile.gif

The two fastest ways to receive a reply are Support@FutureQuest.net and Here.....

These are both checked 24/7... now if it's "my shift" and Terra is away... then certain questions may take a lil longer then others if they require his attention.... Neither of us are ever away more then 5 hours at any given time though so there's always a reply same day.

I recommend posting here over anything else if the question is SPECIFIC to your account (e.g requires password etc) because with the majority of people here you have a better shot at getting numerous ideas rather then just one from us... they also have a way of offering new ideas to accomplish whatever you may be wanting to do.

Recommend -- Forums whereever possible

Phone -- Only when needed
