======================================

I have started the creation of a text-only users manual for the FutureQuest server. I could really use some feedback from you. Is this something that you feel would be helpful? What types of things would you like to see added to it? Do you think AOTA.net should be text based also? Do you think I am wasting my time? Whatever it may be....

This manual covers the majority of the support questions we have been receiving.

Let me know your thoughts...

For "Fisher Price" I definitely suggest this url http://bignosebird.com/progtut.shtml BigNoseBird.com is a great place to get started !!

p.s. I'm sure cgi will end up in the manual somewhere http://www.aota.net/ubb//smile.gif

I haven't looked into great depths at the manual, but I did read the one that was sent in E-Mail.

Something that might be helpful is a more in-depth look at the directories that you provide.

Hmmmm I hadn't thought about it before but I guess you all would like to know what everything in there is huh *grin*

Since a great deal of it is virtually 'useless' to you guys as far as design goes I'd probably not add it all into the Activation Letter.. simply because it's already so long that 80% of the people who get them don't read them http://www.aota.net/ubb//frown.gif

It is something that should be in the UserManual though.. good idea!

I'll try to get that added sometime this week http://www.aota.net/ubb//smile.gif

Thanks
