I've just visited HostSearch.com's Top Ten reviews area again.....
We're still in that list http://www.aota.net/ubb//wink.gif and I still VERY MUCH appreciate all the kind things many of you have had to say about FutureQuest. It is the thrill of each day for Terra and I.
Unfortunately tonight Terra and I were faced with a bit of a shock that I'm still sitting here trying to comprehend...
There is a very poor rating, a 2, that states we have been "rude and condescending". It also states that we are impossible to get a hold of etc...
The kicker in all of this is the one who made the review goes on to say that leaving FutureQuest was the best thing he ever did.
We've NEVER had any one leave yet. I'm sure someday some will move on to other hosts but as of yet no one has...
This is an invalid and untrue review ... we have also verified that the EMail address provided is invalid and does not exist.
Why am I posting this here? LOL That's a good question that I really am not sure... partially because I'm still just a tad stunned.. and partially because I want to tell someone that this review is false.
I have, obviously, sent an email to hostsearch requesting this review be removed.. but I do not know if they will honor my request... nor do I know how long the review is going to be allowed to remain if they do get around to removing it ...
*sigh*
At any rate... I'd like to assure all of you once again.. if at ANY TIME day or night you need our assistance we ARE here for you.. We, as always, will do everything in our power to make sure you not only have a functioning server for your sites but hopefully an enjoyable community to go with that.
