Redirect CGI that works with frames

Does anyone know where I can find a redirect CGI that will work in a frameset? I'd like to target the redirect to another frame in the set. Any ideas on getting FutureQuest's standard redirect script (http://www.aota.net/Pre-Installed_Scripts/redirectionmenus.php3) to work in a frameset?
