People who do not have mouths as big as the 'regular members' are 'junior members'.

There really is no difference whatsoever except in how many posts you've made. If you have made less then 20 posts you are a "junior member" if you have made more then 20 posts then you become a 'regular member' I think they did it just to give people an idea of how familar you are with the forums etc...

Other then how many posts you've made there is nothing significant about it all...
