Do all my SSI pages need the .shtml extension? Can they be in any directory? I'm new here at FQ and really LOVE this place. :)

Hi Julie,[nbsp][nbsp]Welcome :)
The SSI files really do need to be either .shtml or .shtm to work correctly.
They can be placed anywhere inside your www directory or subdirectories within the www directory and work just fine ;)
Enjoy!

p.s. (I've set your permissions in the forums so next time you'll show as a 'site owner'...

Wow! Either you are in a different time zone or you're an insomniac like me. I'm pregnant- what's your excuse? No, really, thanks for your ALWAYS quick response. This place is a "dream site" for people who love to learn by doing like me.
