UBB: Help with design?

Here is what I am trying to do and wondered if one of you all knowing, all caring souls could give me a hand:

What I want to do is have everything displayed throughout the UBB board to be inside a table. Including the board itself, the title graphic, hop to menu, EVERYTHING on every page displayed. Would this be a nightmare or a simple task and could someone tell me where to start?

Under general variables, check out the header and footer - you can open a table in the header and close in the footer... This may or may not be a viable solution for you.

*LOL* You should have seen some of my early attempts at getting the UBB in use at my site working correctly... Really messy. :-)
