Hearts, yesterday (4/8) Ted posted:
Next week I will be devoting some time to getting the guestbook out of beta.
so good news is coming! Although there's no UGB News topic on the support UBB, I'd suggest keeping an eye on the Scriptkeeper home page http://www.scriptkeeper.com/ . I'll try to remember to pop back here and letcha know, too.

I wonder what the Vizbook author is worried about? There are lots of freeware scripts out there that people can mod the heck outta...

Hi frank...

I believe the guy is worried that someone will do such a good hack and pass it around to their friends ... I ain't quite so sure.

Most scripts that I have found, usually all they require *if anything* is for ya to let them know what ya did so that they may add it to their next release.

I wouldn't fret over VIZbook, there are many others out there! *grin*

Yup, I agree. Now my quest is for a nice voting script for our church website! Onwards...

darn! off the topic just a tad! STILL A UBB topic. YOU GUYS pay for this sloppiness? sorry to be offensive, but FQers, how can they ask money for something as sloppy as that? I went to answer graham's post.. BTW GRAHAM.. I will help you out.. giggle.

but when ya post over there, at what should be a prime example.. if ya have to edit, all the ubb code becomes html, WHICH is not acceptable for their forums, made a mess of my post, so I tried to clean it up, but the UBB code was NOT acceptable, what's up with that?

YIKES!

hehehhe.. they might have to come here to learn a thing or too! *evil grin*
