Minus scoring on Spam Assassin??

Has anyone seen this?

Its a minus score on Spam Assassin. Which is allowing junk to come
through:

The email is spoofing its a Microsoft partner who is selling Viagra. Soon as
I enter it in my black list, same type of email pops up with same minus score but from a different isp.

In many instances that is the result of having your email address or Domain whitelisted under Whitelist From: and the spammers are forging your domain in sending their spam to you.

It is because USER_IN_WHITELIST adds a -100 to the score.
