View Full Version : Considering a guestbook
I am considering using a guestbook at my site. I saw one called, GuestWorld at Tripod. http://titan.guestworld.tripod.lycos.com/registration.cfm
It looks like it has some cool useful features. I am curious if anyone has seen or used this guestbook and if there is another out there that anyone feels is better.
Thanks

dont know abouthat one but we had one at http://www.toolzone.com/ that as way kelw and no ads on it either! you can have up to 3 free guestbooks (or 3 of each application thayhave o****ers and some other things)
Also you might want ot think about running yourown guestbook - doesnt FQ have a gb for people or is that just part of the susogi thingy?

hey Doug..
I use the Guestworld Guestbook.. have been since i was on the net, because i didn't know of many other choices. Since Tripod took over the guestbook.. i have noticed and recieved many emails from people telling me that they have tried to sign it and get server errors. If I knew how to create my own guestbook.. I would! http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif but I do like it cuz it has little features that I like.. like screening guests. I just started using this feature because I am against profanity at any of my sites and do not want pics posted in there that I wouldn't let my children see. There is some versatility to them like adding your own backgrounds and customizing your own sign the guestbook page and they offer other things like DELUXE. I just stick with what is basic . http://www.aota.net/ubb/wink.gif I have seen many on the net since I have been here.. and I am partial to Guestworld.. until I can learn how to do one on my own!

Thanks Pwabbitt, Hearts, and Sandy for your help. I only have a few minutes on the puter today so I can't investigate further.
Since I'm only literate in MS Frontpage, anything other than copy/paste is still a mystery to me. I've got vacation time coming up and think I will spend some time at some of these cool sites you all have been telling me about like, bignosebird, ect.
Have a agreat day!
