e-mail not forwarding(????)

okay I used the CNC and supposedly (I followed the steps) added e-mail aliases or what not so all e-mail would be forwarded to my AOL account.. But upon sending a test e-mail from a different e-mail address altogether it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas why Deb? I swear I followed the CNC thing to the letter.

If you are wanting ALL of your email forwarded... e.g. your root account also you need to send the request to Support@FutureQuest.net to have him set that up for you.

If you are wanting just a certain email address to forward then you need to follow the steps, as you say you did, and that should work. For example:

Let's say your root account is Arcanum@Arcanumcafe.com if you want all email that comes into this address forwarded then send an email to Support@FutureQuest.net

But if you want to setup Poems@Arcanumcafe.com to be forwarded then you follow the instructions on the CNC. At this point only email sent to Poems@ will be forwarded..

Does this make sense?
