autoresponder set up

Help!
Could someone take a look at the following and tell me what I need to change to get this auto responder to work?

I am not getting the auto responder message (prices.txt) sent back to me when I test it.

I just tested your autoresponder and it seems to be working fine.

If there is something I've missed and it is failing somewhere let us know....

Hi Deb!
Thanks for checking on that for me. Must have been an 'evil' ghost in the machine...I don't think that I changed a thing, and the test autoresponder worked fine (and has been ever since) when I checked it at about the time of your post. I probably did reboot sometime between the time that it did not work and the time that it did.
