AutoResponder

I just set up autoresponder with the intention that submitters would receive a two line notice their email had been received.

However, in testing I see the autorespond document contains all sorts of path information along with some HTML. This makes a mess of sending an autorespond and certainly will defeat the purpose.

I assume I need to turn off something somewhere or perhaps include some kind of filter.

Can someone let me know what I've missed please.

Hello Dave,

In your Autoresponder options is "Include original message:"

If that is ticked they will get the full contents of their email including headers. If you untick that they will simply receive an email with your test.
