Email address renaming

Hello,

I have a regular site (www.example.com) and an IRD (www.irdexample.com).

I've been trying to set up the IRD emails so that the address is name@irdexample.com. It works for the outgoing mail (in the From: portion of the email) but not on the reply (in the To: portion of the email) which still go out as name@example.com.

Any idea how I can do this? Does it happen on the host side or is it within our individual mail programs?

Chuck,

The From: address shown when you send an email is set by the program sending the email.

Thunderbird, for instance, allows you to set multiple profiles and you can select the From: address from a drop down list when sending an email.
