respondMGR stopped working?

Our users can't log in to the respondMGR script this morning...


The following error occurred:

Authentication Failure. Invalid username and password combination.

I just installed respondmgr on one of my personal accounts and I am also receiving the same error. I have assigned this to the mail technician to look into to see what the problem may be and we will post again as soon as we have additional information.

Hello.

We had installed a set of new programs (http://www.aota.net/forums/showthread.php?t=23486) shortly before New Year's. The authentication program that respondMGR uses was part of the package that was installed, and there was a bug in the replacement program. That bug has been corrected and respondMGR has been tested to work correctly now.

Our apologies for this oversight in testing.
